First I would like to say I really like Health & Diet Mgr. I used to keep this stuff in Excel and it's much nicer when I can get to things on the fly no matter where I am, I'm glad someone thought of it. However, I would like to make a few suggestions for future versions.
1) allow for a decimal in weight for the daily journal entry.
2) allow for a database of exercises just like you have a database for foods.
a. For cardio a person could enter an exercise, Calories burned (if they have a personal heart rate monitor that tracks calories), time and average HR. You allow this in the "standard exercises" but not in the additional activity.
b. On another page in the exercises offer fields for weightlifting such as Name of exercise, Weight, Reps, and Sets. This way if I was bench pressing I could keep track of my progress and if I can save "Bench Press" I wouldn't have to enter it in twice a week.
3) allow for editing of custom meal ingredients
4) a field for daily water consumption in the daily journal
5) Export to CSV.
Anyhow, I hope to see this program continue with updates and improvements. Thanks
