AGBB 115--still won't open

So we didn't have version 14. I learned this morning on GMA that 14 is bad luck in China, so I guess that is good. 8 is a very lucky number, and today is 8/8/8. I thought my luck might turn and I would be able to open the program.

Unforuntatly luck did not help in this insantace. I still can not open the program. I click on the icon from the menu and the icon stays highlighted, the BB locks up. I have to do a soft reset to get it unlocked. After this first time i can click on the icon and the BB doen't lock up but the program dosn't open either.

I wish I lived closer so I could bring you my setup and you could check out the problem in person.

Well maybe i'm saving up my luck to win the lotto:haha

Well, I do hope you get lucky in the lotto. On the startup issue...we are still investigating, but have yet to reproduce it.

Exactly the same on ....... going problem here ??. Programme will not start !!, phone locks up and has to be reset ??. Looks like this is never going to work on my BB. I think I will try the lottery !!.
