help!

I just purchased Agendus for my BB Curve. Whenever I try anything I get a message "uncaught exception java.lang.nullpointerexception". How do I fix this?

Hi and welcome to our forum. First I should tell you I have moved your post, which was originally posted in the Screenshot thread (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34373), as it's not related to the screenshots, but is a crash problem.

Secondly, please read through this forum, as various launch errors and errors within the application have already been discussed in depth. We are still investigating the cause of these, so please stand by for the next beta build, and continue trying each time until we resolve it.

I'm sorry you purchased it before realizing this was happening, but of course there is a free 3-day and also a free demo code that could have been used before committing to purchase. I hope you will be patient as we are still in a beta period and will eventually work out the kinks.

Please go to the root of this forum and read through the various sticky posts, which will provide you a wealth of information regarding expectations during the beta and protocol to follow.

but where do i find the stickies?

At the top of the page click on 'Agendus for BlackBerry Beta Releases' in the path of this thread. The stickies are the first few threads in the upper section of the page.
