View Full Version : Agendus for BB 115 Not Installing

I've been trying to install Agendus for BB and it is totally freezing my BB Pearl 8100 running v. 4.2.1.107 Platform 8.3.0.83.
I also tried to update to v. 4.5 of the Desktop Manager, but I'm still having the same problem. It sounds like others are having the same problem.
Please help!!!

Hi,
sorry for the trouble, we are working hard finding out what the cause could be. Puzzling so far but I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of this.
So in your case, you can install the program, but when you launch it it freezes your device. Are you sure it really freezes the device? What happens if you press the power button, or the "back" button to exit the application?

All the keys are frozen and do not respond including the power button and the back button.
