Hi,
as you probably saw from here:

Health & Diet Manager V3 is now available, and includes Palm OS and Windows desktop clients, along with synchronization components allowing the mobile counterparts of the solution to sync with the desktop.
As a side note, we are having some hiccup with the Health & Diet manager bundle purchase options (http://www.iambic.com/bundles/), and this will be addressed by the end of the day. All other purchase and upgrade options are working as expected.
I'll keep you posted as of when the bundles will be available for purchase as well.
