Activating Agendus for Blackberry

I just bought Agendus for Blackberry, and activated it and was sent an activation code. I cannot find anywhere to manually activate on my 8830.

I try to activate using my email address and it always returns an error.

Any ideas?

I also recently purchased the Agendus software for my BB Curve and finally received and email for tech support telling me to install the software first, then click a link in that email for the activation code. Well I had the code from my purchase, but it asked for a 5 digit device id, and my has 8 digits.

I don't know how to even install it. Any clue which file to upload? by the extensions it appears the programs in the zip archive are for my BB, but none for the desktop.

I don't actually have a BB (nothing personal:D) but I wonder if your device id would be the same as for the Palm-based version of Agendus. Does the BB version of Agendus have drop down menus that allow you to navigate to "About Agendus?" If so, if it is like the Palm version you should find a 5-digit device id there.

I had to wait until the 3 day trial was up at which point Agendus gave me a screen to put my serial number in. There is no separate menu item with which to manually activate the product otherwise.

So far it appears to be working well, I wish I could make it the default screen rather than having to activate it all the time.

I'm having the same trouble trying to install Agendus for Blackberry on my new Curve. It asks for a 5-digit device ID, which is easy to find on a Palm device, but the "PIN" for the Blackberry is 6 numbers followed by 2 letters ... two many characters to enter into the device id field.

Has anyone figured out how to find the 5-digit device ID on a Blackberry?

You have to install Agendus on your BB first, then go to the "About" item on the menu and you'll find it listed.

When in Agendus, menu to the 'About' screen. In there you will find Device ID, which is the PIN you use to activate. Not your Blackberry Pin number.
