"Favorite" Meals in version 3 Palm & Desktop

Is there a way to add manually-entered food items into "favorites" on the PC desktop? This seems to be possible only for items in the foods database.

For the Palm OS version, the manual food entry dialog does have a checkbox for "add to favorites" but it doesn't work. The food item does not appear in the favorites list, nor does it get synchronized back to the favorites list on the desktop.

Info: Palm Centro and Win/XP Pro.

Thanks for the post. In HDM Windows, if you will go to Tools > Nutriet Database > Add a new food item, you will have the 'Add to Favorites' checkbox there.

On the Palm side, I'm able to add favorites via the manual addition method fine. Can you describe exactly your steps?
