I am new to this forum (actually I am new to online communities) so I hope I have landed on the right place to ask my question. I having a problem sync'ing my sch-i70 with my lapop. Whenever I try the sync ActiveSync completed with "Unresolved items". When I click the link, ActiveSync runs again but the window to resolve the items never comes up. Anybody else had this problem?

Hello and welcome. We're very happy you stopped by and also that you're giving HDM a spin. I'm sorry, however your first experience was not a good one.

Just curious did you enter some data on either the mobile or the desktop before syncing? If so, please try starting fresh again. Disconnect your mobile, then delete the HealthMgr.dat file from My Documents on both the PC and the mobile, then launch each one once, but don't enter any data. Then connect and try again.

Thanks for the quick response. I deleted the single profile that I had on the PC and the PPC. Same problem. Does it matter that I installed the product on the storage card? The DAT file was in main memory.

No it shouldn't matter that it's on the card. Can you check to see if your data is syncing, despite the Unresolved Items report?

It does appear to sync. I added a new profile on the PC and it appeared on the PPC. Guess I'll just have to live with the 'Unresolved...', huh?
