View Full Version : Sync problems with HTC S710

Hello. I have the same problems as some of the other users, however I get both errors on HDM and Files, meaning that Activesyn is not able to sync the HealthMgr.dat file. Even worse; it doesn't even appear in the 'my documents' folder of active sync meaning it doesn't copy the file at all. If the HealtMgr.dat file doesn't need to be synchronized why is it - by default - installed in the My Documents Folder. Isn't it more logical to have it in the HDM Program Folder? I have complete reconfigures my mobile phone and re-installed both Activsync and HDM for PC and Mobile device. Nothing helps.

Hope you guys at iambic can solve the problem for us users of HDM. By the way: I purchase the complete bundel v.3.0 and already purchase v2.7 as well. Looking forward to your solutions.

REMARK: I guess I need to rephrase the problem since it DOES sync the data. Whenever I add something to my PC version of HDM it does synchronize it with my mobile phone. However the messages "1 unresolved item" at FILES and "3 unresolved items" at HDM stays a fact.
REMARK 2: I have deleted the HealthMgr.dat file on my mobile device and now I only have the 1 unresolved item a FILES.
REMARK 3: Information is copied from PC to Mobile device. But information is NOT copied from mobile device to PC
