Hi Everyone,

Below are some best practices and guidelines for reporting features and problems for Agendus for BlackBerry.

Reporting Feature Requests and/or Problems:
As always, we want your feature ideas and suggestions, as well as any problems you encounter.

- Please provide and informative Title to your Thread

- Given the plethora of BlackBerry hardware and Operating System versions available for each, it is vital that you include as much information as possible when reporting problems.

Each bug report should contain no less than the items below, plus any additional specifications you care to include:

- Device model
- Device OS
- Wireless Carrier
- Network type (BES, BIS or neither)
- Synchronization method (Outlook, Google Sync, Yahoo, etc.)

The easiest way to include this without typing it each time you post is to put it in your signature (http://support.iambic.com/forum/profile.php?do=editsignature) and keep it up to date should something change.

Other important things to include when reporting are:

- Be as precise and specific as possible about the problem and what led up to it
- Providing detailed properties of meetings/tasks, etc. if specific to particular records.
- Quantity of PIM records for Calendar, Contacts and Tasks(including completed tasks)

Every device and OS is different and each user's environment and usage habits are different. Providing this information is extremely helpful for us.
