Appointment categories, possible?

Is there any hope for appointment categories without RIM providing it in their handheld software? Could any third party software add this feature?

Hello and welcome to our forum. This is something we may consider trying to do in the future, but for now we have elected to maintain the minimum capabilities of the native applications.
