hi all,

I have some difficulties in setting events which last 2 or 3 days (ie. seminars, missions) and which are repeated on a monthly basis.

If I use the repeate function, I can set the event for one month. But how about the following months ? I have a specific mission which takes place every month, and each time lasts for 2/3 full days. So I'd like to input it - without having to retype the whole thing each month.

Moreover, is it possible to impose custom dates ? In my case, I cannot rely on specific days or weeks, because the event could take place - ie - on Jan 7/8, then Feb 21/22, then Mar 2/3 ... so there isn't a pattern.

So, in short, what I'd like to do, is inputting a seminar which will always last 2 or 3 days, will repeat itself each month, and I need to input custom dates for each month. Is it possible ?

TIA,
Giuseppe

Hi,

What you are asking agendus to do is not really a repeating function. Although you have a function or meeting which lasts several days in a month and the dates vary in the following months, I would suggest that you type in your meeting description and set the date for your first meeting. (Input this in the meeting function) When you have the meeting set, press and hold the meeting. You will then be taken to a sub menu. Select duplicate (everything will be duplicated and you do not have to re-type everything everytime) and choose the new meeting that was created and set the date of your next meeting. That way, you will have your next meeting set with the new dates. When your next meeting approaches, repeat the process. It's a small effort to do but the best thing since what you are asking agendus to do involves to many variables. Let me know how it works.
