Can you please get us your log per the instructions here (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=308)?
Thanks.

I have tried to attach the log but get told hat it is an illegal file...
Can I have a real email address to send it to?

That's correct. You cannot attach the logs here with their original extension. If you're trying to do it this way, rename the file extension from .ipd to .txt

quick side note in regards to what above -- we added support to attach files with .ipd extension. Attaching the log should now work for you.

Follow up question here. Have you guys tried the latest beta (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36377)? If no, please do so. First uninstall Agendus from your device and soft reset, then install it.
If you still have the problem, please provide a new log.

Another question here....when connected to DTM if you go to Application Loader and fine Agendus in the list, if you look in the 'Size' column, what value is there?

Michael,
Although I already had the Beta, here's what I did this morning.
1. I uninstalled Agendus.
2. I did a soft reset of my Bold.
3. I installed the Beta using OTA rather than the zip file.
It is now working! I was able to open it and enter the new activation code I generated on your website this morning.
Thanks for all your help! I know I have been a PITA but you stuck with me and kept trying until we were successful getting it to work.
I'm impressed with your tenacity and very grateful.
Thanks again!

Hi iwingo,
That's great news! I'm really happy to hear that the OTA installation allowed it to work for you. We'll investigate if DTM installation is a culprit in these problems.
Since you can now use it, we look forward to your feedback and feature requests.
You're certainly welcome for the help. Thank you as well for your persistence in trying to make it work.

iwingo -- just out of curiosity, would you mind sending over the log? Since you can now launch Agendus, the "send log" functionality is in its main menu, it will send us the log via email.
I'd like to have a look at what's going on during startup anyway.

thank you :) -- there's something interesting in the log. Non fatal issues but something we want to investigate to further avoid possible startup problems.
