Can anybody make Agendus work on a Bold????
I haven't been able to in three weeks of trying. It will install but will not open or run. Some other people say it does but you can't prove it by me.

"Can those of you having this problem please connect your device to DTM and then go to App Loader and see if MDS Runtime is installed. If not trying it, then afterward, reinstall Agendus."
"Thanks for trying. Could you try one more thing? Soft reset your BB and then try installing again?"
"If you connect your device to DTM, then go to App Loader, scroll until you see Agendus and look in the 'Size' column. What is the size of Agendus shown?"
"Hmm. If on your device you go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications, Agendus is not listed? If it is not, what happens if you uncheck it in DTM and then proceed with the uninstall procedure?"
"Michael,
After it will not open I uninstalled it from my BB thus it doesn't show in the applications list on the BB. I can re-install it again if you like and see what the file size says.
This morning I wiped my BB, installed OS 4.6.0.185, did not restore a backup and did not install anything but Agendus. Again, when I clicked on it it would not open. The hourglass appeared momentarily but nothing else happened. When I click on it a second time not even an hourglass."
I sent Michael a PM this morning asking what else to try. No reply yet.

MDS is in desktop manager application folder.
Open desktop manager, connect your Blackberry and click on application loader. Then click on Add/Remove programs and look and see if MDS Runtime is checked or not. If it is checked, it's loaded on your Blackberry. If it is not checked, it is not loaded on your Blackberry. You can load it by checking the box next to it and clicking next.
To do a soft reset on your Blackberry first do not have it connected to your computer and with it turned on remove the battery, wait 20 seconds and put the battery back in. Then wait while it boots up andf you're done.

Hi,
We've since discovered that the MDS runtime is probably not related. We have AGBB running on a Bold just fine. What we need for you to do is to generate your log based on the instructions here (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=308).

Michael,
To repeat what I posted in the other thread. I uninstalled Agendus, did a soft reset on my Bold, downloaded the Beta from the OTA link and installed. It's now working! Thanks for all the help.
