Hello
I have now managed to get the trial Agendus working on my BB Bold but would really like to see some live data from the on-board calendar, tasks and contacts programmes to compare functionality. Is thi spossible.
Also I tried to email the log to you but it failed...
Thanks for your support.

Can you explain "live data"? Agendus reads the native databases in real-time already. When you tried to send the log did you get an error message?

Can you try sending from the backup file via the Desktop Manager?

Thanks, by live data I mean my calendar that is already accessible vis the calendar programme on the Bold. I get no dates show, nor tasks nor addresses.

as for the log, I went to the log report on the Boldand selected email log to iambic, this brought up a to: box with log-submission@iambic.com. To this i got the error message sending fail....

Thanks

Mark

Are you saying that none of your appt., tasks or contacts from the native apps are showing in Agendus?!!

Nothing is attached.

Can you tell us by what method you sync your data? Is it with Outlook via Desktop Manager or BES/Exchange Over-the-Air? Or some other method? Also do you have another 3rd party PIM app installed?

Can you try (maybe you have already), restarting Agendus by terminiating via Menu > Close and then restart?

markrugby,

Could you please terminate Agendus, then check the permissions for Agendus by going to Options > Advanced Option > Applications, then with Agendus highlighted, go Menu > Edit Permissions and make sure each of the three Permission types is set to 'Allow' ?

If you still have the same results after this, send us another log.

I have a similar problem that I've reported on another thread. I cannot see my appoinments on any view. I think I've found my problem. I have 3 different email addresses on my BB. The only the calendar events saved under one of my addresses is visible.

The question is how do I see the other calendar databases or how do I change calendars on a particular event?

The question is how do I see the other calendar databases or how do I change calendars on a particular event? We are aware of this and currently Agendus for BlackBerry is only supporting the default calendar. This is an OS4.5 or greater feature and we plan to support it in a future update.

This very issue is currently under development. One of our next updates should include this.

Thanks for the continued patience.
