i go to the "new custemer regestration" page, fill it out and then click "procead to produced regestration" it takes me bake to the same screen. i want to regester so i can use the full verson i bout but i can't even regetor as a customer

if you are taken back to the same screen it means some required field is not valorized, or you might already have an accout at http://my.iambic.com.

If you purchased online at iambicstore, handango, palmgear and other online retailers you don't need to register again (check here for complete list: http://www.iambic.com/english/howtobuy.html)

I purchased the upgrade for Agendus 6.0. But my old, registered email address is no longer valid. I can't update my account info once logged in under my old account. I see my credit card is charged, but nothing emailed to me yet.... it's been almost a week now, please help me out!

our customerservice area offers a section where to update obsolete email accounts:

alternatively you can write sales@iambic.com to get more info regarding your order.

I can assure you that your order has not been lost.

The reason why you have not received your code yet is most probably due to the fact that you filled the fileds at http://my.iambic.com/agendusupgrade.asp with an email address, and when placing the order you used a different one.

This prevents our automated upgrade tool to process your order, which needs to be cleared manually after eligibility verification.
