Confusion & Frustration

I've used Health & Diet Manager for many years. It helped me loose many many pounds of ugly fat. Unfortunately, my Axim X30 PDA locked and on rebooting I could not reload HDM. Then my desktop got fried and I stopped dieting. I now have a Vista windows computer. My Axim does sync with it.

I still had the old HDM, but it will not load to my PDA (Windows PC). I downloaded the trial version and it would not load to the PDA.

I still have the registration number for my old HDM.

In your website, I can download an upgrade but I am skeptical that it will work with Vista and/or Axim PDA.

Vista uses "Sync Center" and I recall I used ActiveSync with my old WinXP.

How can I get my Mobile & Desktop HDM working again?

I downloaded the new & improved (???) Windows Mobile Device Center and I still cannot apply the HDM.

I'm confused. Are you unable to install HDM to your Axim because of Vista and the WMDC? Or are you having desktop issues?

I was able to install the desktop program but can't install to my PDA.

does your Axim have Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC, or an earlier version of the operating system? The error you get suggests an incompatibility with the operating system.
