E mail and the AGBB for the Bold

With the newest version I get some of the email texts. I have tried to analyze why I get some but not others. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. Any suggestions?

Michael. I found out today that if I change the preference from yes to html to no that I receive all of my emails. But you get a lot of computer stuff along with the text. simple emails come through fine
