I have selected "Send To Memo Pad" option in the AT Reports screen. Usng Pocket Mirror to sync, the Memo Pad file is sent to Outlook Notes in Outlook XP on my PC. When I go to the Outlook Notes file the output from Reports is just a bunch of machine codes and not really useful as a report. I am not sure how to export the OL Notes file to an application that will read the file an put it in some intelligble report format.
Is Alltime Reports incompatible with Outlook/Pocket Mirror?
When I use the t "Send To" Mail command, I get the same "report". as the above....not really useful. Any sugggestions as to how to get into Word or Excel formats would be appreciated.

Hello,
AllTime Reports creates a file in the Palm memo pad known as CSV. This is a comma delimited format that can be imported into most spreadsheets applications and will show as numbers and text seperated by commas. There are no known conflicts between AllTime and Outllok or Pocket Mirror, just make sure that Pocket Mirror is not converting the memo files into a new format in order to be read by Outlook. If you continue to have problems, I would recommend sending a copy of an example file to support@iambic.com and include the text from this post for referencing.
Thank you,

I have been using this method of 'reporting' for quite a while. I am using Outlook 2K, I then past the note contents into a spreadsheet where a nice crosstab report is created.
Is the report legible when it is displayed in the memo pad?
Are you sure you are using a 'Tab Delimited' or 'Comma Delimited' format? Check by selecting the Type item from the iambic Reports screen. There you can specify the Format as 'Tab Delimited' or 'Comma Delimited'.
Maybe there is an issue with Outlook XP?

Thank You THank You.... the answer was I was not useing the tab delimited format fromt the Report program. I'm not sure why they set it up to default into a CSV right out of the blocks.
Thanks again.:p
