Lodging : Check-don't "stickin Check-out dates

When I enter check-in and check-ou dates, the dates don't "stick". The dates I enter change when I select "Done". I didn't have this problem in version 3.

Which flavor TT are you using? Windows desktop or handheld? The more details you can provide, the further we can investigate.

TT 4.11 on an Ipaq 211 with mobile. I create a trip in Trip Manager for my time away from home i.e. 3-16-09 t0 3-29-9. No problem with entering airline flights- the dates "stick". Entering hotel info, the dates don't "stick". Example flight segments on the 16th and on the 18th OK. Enter hotel info for the 17th and select "Done", the hotel check-in shows up as the 16th with check-out on the 29th.???????

Have you tried simply reinstalling TT? I just entered a fake trip and lodging, and it's sticking just fine.

This is a known issue. I have submitted it a few times. My flights are all ok, but the hotel defaults to 2:00 pm for checkin and 12:00pm for checkout. Nothing I can do to correct it.

What I was told is that they are working on other applications and that the enhancements to the product will be a while.

I would love to get in on a beta test for this, as there are many suggestions that I have provided. I used to have an old Palm and the travel program that I used on that was excellent, in that you could store flight numbers, and it would auto populate the times of departure and arrival based on if the flight segment number was the same. It saved a good deal of typing time!

Unfortunately, they are very tight as to what they are working on and when it will be ready for a public beta. I am sure that if they've said they are working on it, then they are.
