Help!

I have the Dell Axim X5 which I just got from my son. I loaded the disk and was able to use the trial, however when I went tot he web site to down load the desk top version it says that it doesn't support my device. What's up with this? Can anyone help me to get it to work on my desktop and X5? Thanks!

Hmm. That's probably because your device natively had an older Operating System. Try again and choose the Axim x51v instead.

Thanks for the reply, but I can't find anywhere to change my download request on the website. So how do i go to get Axim 51? The program I downloaded doesn't ask me which model I have. Thanks!

You should be able to download the desktop version without entering a device type, no?

I finally got it to download and I opened it and the program placed an icon on my desktop. However, when i click on it. It doesn't open. So i uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing. The icon doesn't open.

What kind of computer do you have, and what version of TT did you d/l?
