Where is the database???

I purchased the software, was able to add my profile but I can't find any database, any list or ANY preloaded data!

When I invoke the application, it starts directly at the Profile Manager. When I just started is said *Empty* and there was nothing on the screen. I created a new Profile for myself, but still, I can't see any data about food or anything else, for that matter.

Hi DevekMagna,
To see the food/activities databases, you must add a new entry to your profile. Each day the first thing you should do is enter your weight and other vitals for the day via the Daily Journal. Then you can begin entering meals Menu > New Meal and Activitites, Menu > New Activity. You can also reach the databases via Menu > Food Database
