Greetings. I purchased the bundled Health & Diet software for PPC and Windows. The software ran the PALM synch software, but I use Activesynch on Vista 64 bit. Using WM 6.1 on the PPC. How do I get the desktop to synch to the phone in active synch? Thanks.

Here is what I found in another thread with the same question:
Some Smartphone (Windows Mobile Standard) devices on particular carriers have a security feature that the carrier chose to implement that can pose a sync problem at times. Please try the Device Security Manager PowerToy for Windows Mobile (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7E92628C-D587-47E0-908B-09FEE6EA517A&displaylang=en).
It is completely harmless to use this. It is actually distributed by Microsoft. For your own peace of mind, you can do a backup first if you wish.
- Once installed on your PC, launch it, then connect your device.
- Once it recognizes your device, on the left pane select 'No Security'
- Select 'Provision'.
- A .cab file will be sent to your device which will remove the security.
- Once this is done, disconnect, reinstall HDM for Windows
- Reconnect and try getting HDM to sync
