The above is a quote from the Health & Diet Manager, unfortunately the manual doesn't go into anymore detail. How and where does one enter the duration and quality of sleep. The only mention of sleep I can find is in the daily journal. That is just the label of a field with no explanation of what is to be entered. As for entering quality there is only one mention of that word in the manual, and I've quoted that above.
