I just purchased the Clie NX70V with Palm 5.0. Alltime freezes whenever a timer is activated. Cannot contact tech support because I cannot remember e-mail used to register. I faxed my information to Iambic, but I have received no response.

Anyone have the same problem? Anyone know how I can contact a "live" person at Iambic?
