Iambic web & forum usernames

I wonder why I can not use same useranems/pwds on both iambic general site and forum?
I guess iambic is using different service providers, but can't this be resolved for cutomers' convenience?

Kind'o stinks logging in two times for basically same thing...

Hello,

currently the forums' backend (database, login info, etc.) is not integrated into support and customerservice areas.

We are working on overcoming such limitations. In the meantime, you might want to use the "remember my username & password" features present in both forum and customerservice portions of our webs.
