View Full Version : Bug reporting and tracking is awful

When I heard about Agendus 6 beta I thought it would be nice to take a look and help by reporting bugs. However, using a message board as a way to report bugs gets tiring after a while. It is hard to see what has been reported, all builds are on the same forum, and it just makes a mess out of the whole bug fixing process. I suppose you guys have also a hard time keeping track over there. I've now also reported some bugs on the released version of Agendus 6, and still think twice about posting because of the unpractical method of using a message board.

My suggestion is to use a real bug tracking application. In my own experience, I've used bugzilla (which is free software) and it works pretty well. Why don't you give it a try?

Hello jsalido,

we are currently using a bug tracking system internally for our development.

We are planning to deploy a separate one for public beta testing. I agree with you this is especially important for products that generate high volumes of feedback.

Thank you for your suggestion.
