Need help on Action Names 5

Can you please help me with my problem?

1. I downloaded the freeware/demo version and got the unlock code.

2. I tried to access the Contacts or Addressbook through the usual icon but twice I did that, I only got a Fatal Alert message: Form.c, Line:1728, Object not in form.

3. When I hit the reset button and open the ActNames icon, it again requests for the unlock code.

My questions are:

a. Why do I get that Fatal Alert message?
b. Do I have to re-enter the unlock code everytime I open Action Names?

I had the same problem. Check this thread under the main Action Names section. It worked for me.

Looks like you upgraded over an older version. If this is the case, tap Menu > Options > Default Settings. You will lose your settings, but make the program run.

If this does not help, search the forum for "Fatal Alert". There are at least two threads on the same problem.
