View Full Version : Using Palm Desktop to imitate Agendus Desktop

Seeing Imabic don’t currently plan to make a Macintosh version of Agendus desktop (here’s hoping for the future), I’m trying to work out how to enter stuff in the normal Palm desktop and have it take on the Agendus formatting.
Is this right: I attach a note with the following text, using different numbers for the colour or icon?:
ICON: 256
CLR: 95
#AN
How is the category done - normal Palm categories?
What else gets included in the attached note - anything else worth knowing?
How does Agendus store custom functions like redo’s? Also in the attached notes or somewhere else?
Thanks for any help.

I would also be most interested in this topic.
I did learn that starting a Meeting with [lastname, firstname] on the Desktop properly links the meeting when transferred to the PDA, so I have mechanized that part.
Since I don't feel strongly about icons, I don't miss that.
But I would like the code to set up color for meetings being transferred from Mac Palm Desktop to handheld.

Yes, I wonder if Iambic could give us poor mac users a table of colour codes.
I suppose someone could work one out but it would take awhile. maybe the basic colours wouldn't take too long.
I hardly use my Desktop now becuse there is so much extra information in Agendus that is not in Palm Desktop - usually its easier just to grab the palm and put it straight in there.
(oh for an OSX Agendus Desktop)
