I am getting duplicates,..Help

I am now getting duplicates when I am syncing. They occur in appointments and in the to-do's. I am trying out Agendus for Windows and this is causing me some concern. I am sure that this can be fixed but don't know how. Anybody got any suggestions? Thanks

I saw this using the standard version with palm dtop.
If I was doing a lot of work in agendus dtop only , I switched to dtop overwrites the hand held.

I've since switched to pro version and syncing with outlook and don't see this anymore.

do you use any other software like Life Balance that would need to access the to do database?

I have the demo of life balances installed, but that program doesn't have duplicates. I am also using Franklin Covey on the handheld, but not the desktop. I will be deleting the FC from the handheld to see if that will have any effect. Any more ideas?

yes, do you have the conduit for Life Balance installed in Hot Sync Manager? If you do, try setting it to "do nothing " and see what happens. I didn't have duplicates in Life Balance either, they only showed up in Agendus sync .

the hotsync log would always show " the following item was modified on both platforms" a whole list of everything that I'd changed on the agendus desktop. I think the LB numbers in the item notes might be causing agendus extras conduit some problems.

FC shouldn't be a problem --it's not accessing the built in db's anyway. They use their own.

The only fail safe fix I know of is "Desktop overwrites the handheld and vice-versa" espceially for the to-do conduit.
