So far I am very disappointed with the level of customer support from this company. Submitting a ticket requires jumping through hoops, half the forums here are closed, phone numbers are non-existant and e-mails to the webmaster go unanswered.

I need to know if there is any way an executive assistant with full delegate rights to her bosses calendar can get Agendus to synch with his calendar and not hers. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

I hear you.

I want you to know high priority to get more personnel to help answer the forums and emails. Unfortunately, at this time we dont have telephone support.

To answer your question, I dont believe viewing delegated calendars as a capability is available right now.

Vidal.

Hello techiegrrl,

half the forums here are closed

if you are logged in to the forums all of them should be available for you to create new threads and reply to posts.

If you are logged in and the forums are still locked please let me know.

Regards,

- Adriano

The iambic Agendus and Agendus for Windows forums are still locked after I am logged in. I had tried posting to those forums twice before noticing they were locked and my messages never showed up. It could be because I just created this id and it isn't linked to an actual product certificate. Unfortunately I can't find that info without digging through the CEO's e-mail which is the same reason I can't submit a ticket.

Hello techiegrrl,

the only forums currently locked are the ones that deal with beta programs. The beta program forum is closed (i.e. reaches the "locked" status) once the product is released.

Your post does not show up immediately because the forums are moderated, in most cases posts are sent public within 2 or 3 hours, if not sooner.

It showed up eventually but it was more like 2-3 days. I know because I checked back frequently and hit refresh several times on each visit.

Sorry, the forums are not always moderated on the weekends and holidays

I share your disappointment in the level of support.
Timereporter 4 was launched 2 months ago and upgrades sold to existing users of Timereporter 3. It quickly became apparent that the new version contained many bugs and lacked many features that users of Timereporter 3 found useful.
Version 4.02 which became available on 14 Feb was supposed to have removed the bugs that had been reported but some are still there and none of the requests to restore features that were available in Timereporter 3 have been met.
Reports of bugs and dissatisfaction with the product have been posted in the Timereporter Bug Reports Forum but there has been no response from anybody at Iambic since version 4.02 was announced a month ago today.
Having been very happy with Timereporter 3 I am now becoming a very disillusioned customer of Iambic, perhaps soon to be an ex-customer.

Hello Notsol,

thank you for your feedback. Just a quick note to let you know that we are working on the TimeReporter product line. We are also aware of the current issues present in version 4.02, and actively addressing them.

You can expect an update of the various TR component very soon.

I don't share your same thoughts regarding the fact that we haven't listened to users' feedback. I recall we implemented features requests coming from users even during the public beta that took place before releasing the 4 series.

Thank you for your reply.
I did not suggest that you don't listen: my complaint was that you don't reply so we don't know whether you are listening or not! When Timereporter 4 was first launched you responded to bug reports quite quickly but, as noted in my post in the Timereporter Bug Reports Forum, there had been no response to the large number of posts after version 4.02 was announced for about a month.
I am delighted that a new version will soon be announced and that this will resolve all the problems that have been reported.
