Can I Regulate My Fonts?

In high resolution, I have set the options to use 'bold' as well as 'large' fonts - but the size is still so small that I cannot read the page.
Is there a way to regulate which font and the size of the font used [like FontBucket]?

A-frickin'-men! I mean, seriously... did they look at how ridiculous it is before they released this "feature"? Agendus is hardly hi-res savvy. More manipulation of particular fonts used and their sizes should be standard.
