Its been over a year since you guys updated this program. Why don't you put forth just a LITTLE effort and make it compatible with os 5.0 (like every other developer has with their software)

Unfortunately due to various priorities we have recently spent a lot of energies on the Agendus family of products and had to hold on some other updates.
As soon as our priorities on the Agendus family have been covered we'll move on SalesWarrior in order to bring it up to date.

A beta of the OS 5 compatible version is expected within the next couple of weeks or possibly sooner.

Would you please contact me about getting involved with the beta version of Sales Warrior that is 5.0 compatible. The program is useless to me the way it is.

we'll do a public beta program in this same forum.
The new SalesWarrior will feature among OS5 compatibility revamped interface, color icons, and support for latest devices/resolutions.

If you guys arent going to update it for another year, (if that) perhaps I can take a proactive approach and update my PDA. Does it not work on any 5.x os or just 5.0?

Hi,
the current version of SalesWarrior (3.2) does have some incompatibility with Palm OS 5 and above.
We are addressing such issues while revamping its interface. The beta will start in a few weeks (not a year ;)).

Current available version is like 2.7 or something. Where is 3.2?
Furthermore, you keep telling us a couple of weeks, and when a couple of weeks go by, we hear "couple more weeks". This has been the standard for over a year now. So why shouldn't I believe development is going to take a year or more. We are following the same patern as before.
I am a very patient man. Hell, I have waited quietly (for the most part aside from the ocasional inquiering email) for 50+ weeks. Your products are outstanding, your ideas very creative and useful. I recomend you to everyone I see holding a palm pilot. But this is just wrong.

Sorry for the confusion, Adriano's previous post above listed the current version as 3.2 when it is really 2.4. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
In response to the earlier posts asking about when an OS 5.x compatible version would be available. I responded on 7/17 saying that I expected the beta of this new version to be available in the next few weeks or possibly sooner.
(I believe in all previous postings made in response to this question prior that we'd stated that there was no update scheduled, since at that time there wasn't one scheduled.)
In the last 12 days there haven't been any major delays and so I continue to expect the beta will be available within the next 1-2 weeks or possibly sooner.

I'm just happy their talking about a new 5.0 version. The fact they have posted a soon to be released beta version is music to my ears. I would rather have it done right than to rush it. Your right in the fact the iambic has some of the most creative palm software. Good stuff takes time, i.e. agendus, tiny sheets, etc.

I need to know as soon as possible when the beta version of saleswarrior becomes available. I deel with enhancing diversity here in southeastern Wisconsin. One day I hope It will be the Nation, but your product is wonderfull and very affordable. Check out my website and maybe we can do business as well. When I upgraded to the Sony Clie w/palms OS5 I could no longer use salewarrior and could not find an acceptable alternative. Just found a problem with version2.5. When scheduling a call to a client in regards to a sale the name of the client doesn't carry over in the database. So after you schedule the apointment there is no name associated with the call in agendus.

Thanks for the bug report, we'd appreciated it if you could post each bug report during the beta in the beta area of this SalesWarrior forum as a separate thread. This makes it much easier to respond to, follow up on, and keep separate from other issues. Thanks in advance.
So far I have been unable to reproduce this problem you reported. Can you tell me if when you look at this call in one of the overviews is there white space where the name should be?
If so does going to Menu | Options | Preferences | Colors and changing the contact color to something other than white solve the problem?
If using a grayscale handheld try using the Menu | Options | Default Settings menu item in Agendus for Palm.

When scheduling a call from within saleswarrior the first and last name only comes up in the contact field. If you finish and then go to adengus you will not find the contact name associated with the comment information. But if you schedule a call and see only first and last name then touch screen the diamond to the left the name with the company associated will come up. If you then go to adengus you then will find the scheduled call with the contact info. ( I hope that made sence )

It's still not completely clear to me as I don't know what display formats you are using and possibly this is related to the problem. Please look in Agendus and SalesWarrior and tell us what these 4 settings are set to.
Menu | Options | Preferences | Contacts | Storage format
Menu | Options | Preferences | Contacts | Display format
when in SalesWarrior are the accounts in Last, First name order or Company, Last name order?
If using a sort order in Agendus other than those two mentioned above, then in the Menu | Options | Performance is the "leave contacts in display order" option checked?
