New problem discovered today (AllTime v4.06, Build 205):
After hotsync, I've lost all entries in Time and AutoLog. But, I don't lose anything from previous dates. Any ideas?
I've repeated the error 3 times straight. I also notice on the computer screen that it says I am "installing" while the Tungsten C screens says I am synchronizing.
Would love to hear if anyone has a fix. This just began today. I hotsync everyday.
UPDATE:
Tried the same again today at work (same computer set up as at home) and it is worse. Every AllTime entry for this week is now lost, including any new validation list entries.
HELP, anyone please. I am now afraid to hotsync because nothing is getting backed up!
