Password

I am playing around with a 30 day trial of Agendus for Windows. So far I really like the program but have come across a problem I need some help with.

I have set my Palm Desktop as my data source. I am trying to access my private records but the Agendus desktop is not accepting my password.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
