I'm a brand new user (downloaded yesterday) and am trying to get all my contacts and memos in order. I'm having 2 problems related to categories:
1. While my category names are relatively intact (with a few exceptions) the selectable categories in Agendus do not match. I updated the list for my contacts to match my data, but when I go to my memos, the contact categories show up. I have very different categories for memos than I do for contacts. How do I keep those categories separate, and filter the data by them depending on whether I'm viewing contacts or memos? It seems silly to use the same list for both. Palm has separate categories.
2. I need to change the category name(s) of several contacts at once. How do I do this without going to every individual record and updating them separately?
Is any of this documented somewhere? The help file was basically useless.
