Just trying out SW again since its recent update. It has better capability and seems more stable than from what I remember before. To better suit my application some other capabilities need to be tweaked.
-The ability to access contact notes directly, similarily as Agendus does from DateBook. Also other contact editing from within SW is very limilted.
-The ability to view the TAX total on the opportunities screen (similar to the commissions amount). Many of my customers need to know that amount so they can deduct it from their taxable income, etc. As far as I can see now, it has to be manually calculated. Also, since I quote pricing tax-included up to four decimal capability is needed to accurately calculate the amount. Since I do not need the commissions feature, I tried using it to calculate the tax but it was not accurate enough for the same reason.
-Optimize screen real estate. Place alarm icon similar to Agendus. Squeeze pricing items onto one line instead of two so more pricing info is viewable at one time.
-Print option to portable printer.
-Integration with Agendus and AllTime
