All sheets sync every hotsync

Using 4.02.... Each time I hot sync.. all my tinysheets copy from my workstation to my palm. After looking at the current status in the Office manager... it says there are 0 files out of sync.

From my experience synchronizing TS 4.02 is that it scans all of the sheets that are on manager, but does not synchronize them, only the ones that have changed. It does show the "synchronization bar" for every sheet, but you will notice that it is just briefly displayed.
