Linking contacts

Hello,
when i make a new appointment or to do - linked with the contact in agendus for windows i had the following problem. As using the outlook as my database, the entry in outlook is shown not in the discription like: Testing support[iambic]. Instead the headline is Testing and the conatact is linked to the contact in the outlook field. After a syncronisation to the palm and open the same entry in agendus for palm - the linked contact is lost! What can i do to solve a problem like this?
In my opinion the problem is the kind of entry agendus will create in outlook and the interpretion of outlook?

Hi Schneehase,

I got a workaround for that issue. It's definitely not great but it works.

When I enter a new ToDo or Meeting or whatever, I include the contact in brackets (e.g.: Delivery Meeting [Bob Smith]). After saving the entry, the contact appears marked as contact in AGW and after synchronization on my palm device.
It's only a workaround and no good one, because as soon as you change the meeting details, the contact will be synched in a proper way with outlook but will not appear on your palm device.

I think, the problem lies in the Outlook synchronization to the Agendus on the palm device, not in the synchronization between AGW and Outlook.

Hope, that helped in some way. And now I'll have a look into the bug forums, to find out if someone's working on that issue or if it's at least known.

Hello,
i found now the solution for this problem. It is nessesary to make a complete new instalation of the Agendus Palm version. Not a install from the backup, you must install it complete new. After this everthing works very fine without any problem.
