Hello,

This is not a known issue with TimeReporter for TimeSlios. I would recommend removing and then reinstalling with the latest version of the application. This may resolve your issue.

1. Sync your Palm with your desktop PC. Even if the slips are not transferred to Timeslips, the databases on your handheld are backed up on your desktop computer.
2. Delete the following applications from your handheld if found: TimeReporter, ExpenseDirector (XpnsDrct) module, any databases ending in -IAMBIC.
3. Use the Windows control panel Add/Remove Programs application to delete TimeReporter for Timeslips from your desktop.
4. From the desktop folder C:\Palm\<your username>\Backup copy the following files to another location for safe keeping: TimeDB-IAMBIC.pdb, ExpenseDB-IAMBIC.pdb, and ItemDB-IAMBIC.pdb.
5. Download and install, the TR4TSSetup.exe file from here: http://www.iambic.com/english/palmos/timereporterfortimeslips/downloadfile.html. Sync your Palm with your PC to install the new TR4TS application.
6. OnceTR4TS is installed and your license code is entered you'll need to enter your Timeslips nickname on your handheld.
7. Go back to where you put the three database files for TR4TS. Double-click on each one of the files to queue them in for installation on your handheld. Then hotsync your device again to copy all of your slips back into your handheld

If you have any further problems please let me know.
