registration for updates

I have been an Action Names user from the early days of the product. I have some printed correspondence dated 8/4/00 where I requested a retransmission of my code. I also have Sales Warrior on my Visor. However I can't get the cussed registration server to work period. I keep getting the red messages that it can't find me in the look up table. How the heck can that be at this late date?

Hello Dave,

by looking at our records I noticed you have successfully registered online and obtained an unlock code for Action names :D

The reason why the system was unable to find you was probably caused by the fact that it may still have an old email address on record into your account.

Thanks for the reply. I found a work around for my Action Names issue. Next I'll have to try to find one for Sales Warrior. I sure like my newest update to AN. Lots of nice new features. I have had four e-mail address in the past for a variety of reasons, hard telling which one I used when I bought SW.
BTW my work around was to use the unlock code on that old e-mail I mentioned on the new member sign up screen. Can't find the unlock code for the SW. :)
