Problem Exporting Sales Prospects

I am having a problem exporting my sales prospects into memo pad and into backup card. Every time I try to export my pda locks up. Hardware configuration below.

Unit : Sony PEG-NX70V/U
OS : Palm OS Version 5

I sent an email about a month ago and someone there told me to send my database to you guys and I did. I have not heard from you in regards to this problem. Please respond ASAP.

PS. Just tried to export again before I sent this email and it locked up my pda again. Please help me solve this problem.

What the heck is going on over there. No one at iambic has responded to this email. This is a real problem that I need to solve. Please take it seriously.
