Sync and existing spreadsheet

I just found out that Tinysheet does work on my Palm IIIxe. Now, how do I load an existing spreadsheet from my hard drive onto the Palm so I can work with it while at work? I tried to get to the manual on your website but it wouldn't load up.

Has anyone got a solution as to how to upload files created in TinyShet into a readable Excel format for the PC?
