I just downloaded and installed TinySheet version 4.02. I am unable to synch any of my existing Excel files to my Palm. I get the message COleException.SCODE:8002003. This appears after about 20% of the file is synched. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am able to create a new file on the Palm and up-synch it to Excel. I just cannot synch any Excel files to the Palm. I uninstalled 4.02 from PC and Palm. Reinstalled 4.01. Synched the files I use regularly fine between Excel and Palm. No problems with 4.01. Reinstalled 4.02 on top of 4.01. Here is the strange thing: the files that I synched while using 4.01 were able to synch fine between Excel and Palm now using 4.02. However, any of the other files in my Excel directory got the same SCODE error. If I deleted one of the files from the Palm that had synched using 4.02, then selected it again to synch, the SCODE error would appear.

I've had the same problem. I'm using a prism, with 3.5 v1.5 OS. I was able to hot sync spreadsheets created on the handheld, but have had no luck at all with syncing sheets, even new ones, from Exel 97 to the handheld. I get the same message you do! Have you had any luck figuring it out?

No resolution yet. Iambic tech says they are working on it. Check out http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tinysheet for others who are having the same problem.

My suggestion to the people that are experiencing SCODE errors is to email support@iambic.com and receive a new conduit with logging options. This will not solve your problem but it will log events during synchronization, and enable the engineers to correct the problem that some people are experiencing.

Thanks for "the point out" to the Yahoo discussion site, I hope they find a solution soon!

I downloaded and installed the new conduit from the Yahoo page but could not find any file named TinySheet.txt as indicated there. The closest I could find IN THE PALM directory was TinySheet.log which has about nothing of value in it. I saved a copy and renamed it TinySheetA.log. I then did an entire computer search and found another TinySheet.log file in my MS Office directory! That had a series of tests and results. I copied and renamed that TinySheetB.log. Both were sent to Iambic. I then created a file in Excel and was able to successfully synch it to my Palm! I then edited that same file and synched it back to Excel. Another success. I then picked another old Excel file and it too successfully synched back and forth. You guys might be on to something! Thanks for the efforts.

Their modification (which they sent me twice via e-mail, not bad!) worked on my tiny sheet copy as well. I'm now able to sync my exel documents without new or old with tiny sheet 4.02. I did notice that my sheet names weren't transfered to tiny sheet. Anyone else have that problem?
As far as the hot-sync log is concerned, I wasn't sure about what they wanted me to send them, so I copied and sent them my Hot-Sync log as was. I was wondering if that was what they required. Maybe someone from iambic can clarify that point.

P.S. strike the word "without" in sentence # 2 from the record. And I'll start previewing my posts.

Hello Everyone,
Actually, there is a new conduit that Tech Support just received that should take care of the "SCODE Error." It is still being tested, but the people interested in giving it a try can request it by emailing support@iambic.com. Once this is fully testing I am sure it will be posted as a maintenance update.

I just downloaded the trial version of TinySheet...and my sheet names don't transfer either. Has anyone found a fix for this?
