Fatal Exception while using build 480

Each time I try to retrieve email using wifi on my Tungsten C I get a Fatal Exception error. I get the connection status, it tries logging in, then Fatal Exception.
I have tried many times. Any suggestions?

I get the same thing, but it appears only when there is email to download. When there isn't its ok. THis on a Sony Clie UX-50

OK, I completly deleted AM and reinstalled. Had to re set-up my account, but once I did, it worked. You might try that.

Same here with TH55, but only with POP3.

On my T3, I have the same.

I went back to build 478 instead of deleting and reinstalling.
I don't want to reenter my accounts with every new build :sour:

OK, not sure if that's a solution or not. I am now getting resets again when I try to retrive mail. Seemed to work for a while.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce problem happened for you. In order to help me to reproduce and fix it, please provide me following details.

(1). Did the problem happen for you with build #478 or it started to heppen only with build #480?
(2). Does the problem happen for everyone only with POP account or with IMAP as well, or with both?
(3). How much messages do you have in mailbox you checking email in?

Did not happen to me w/478 becasue I have a Palm OS4.1 device and could not use 478.

Using a POP3 account.

Happens regardless of the size of the message being accessed.

Didn't happen in 418 with me. Happens with just a few messages on the server. I'm only susing a POP3 account with AM so far. I completely deleted and reinstalled. Worked fine for a few times, then reseting again.

Hi,

with 478 this didn't happen to me. When I tried 480, I had about 4 messages waiting in my POP3 box.

I've installed AM 4 build 478 over my existing Agendus Pro, so that I could keep my accounts, and now installed build 480 over 478 without prior deleting.

Using build 481, I get a fatal exceptoin after checking email if I turn off the unit. Runs fine...well, relatively fine, after that.
