OK well I tried the Beta 481 on my GSM Treo 600.

1) 'Send and receive' now doesn't crash the unit

2) The bug whereby you type a new message and hit 'send' and the unit immediately RESETS is still present.

3) Folders are mad now, I didn't get this in the last build but I believe others reported it. I renamed an account now in the folders drop down there is a folder for each account even though it is the same one renamed, and also there is two instances of sms messages in the drop down but only the one account....

4) I have a suggestion for the layout on a Hi-Res screen your current layout may be good, but on the Treo 600 it sucks, the issue is you only see the first 6-7 letters of the email and the subject and then the date. The way snappermail's layout works is much better, they have the layout like yours but then also a second option which has the email address of the sender on one line (date on right) and the subject on the next line, so lo-res users (like treo 600 users) actually get a decent layout where we can see the email and subject of emails before opening them.....

5) Can I please know will integration with the Treo 600 SMS be added, it is great for people who don't even use PalmOS smartphones to be able to sync their sms messages into Agendus Mail from their phones, but people with the Treo 600 or Tungsten W CAN'T see their SMS messages in Agendus, only sending, requiring two programs to be used in order to send an SMS through Agendus ie the reply arrives to the SMS app and isn't read by Agendus...... PLEASE I WOULD JUST LIKE A SOLID ANSWER WILL THIS BE AVAILABLE.....

Ditto to all of the above. I'm still getting resets when pressing the phone button, or switching out then back in to Agendus.

To date I never had an issue with send/receive.

I strongly agree on the SMS point. I would never use the Agendus SMS option, becuase the Treo version is incredible. It would be good therefore to give an option to use an external SMS client. SMS's sent by Agendus do not count in the "chat" view of the built in one, this is why I would never use Agendus SMS client.

If I could also add a "feature request" please: one reason that I like Agendus is that it has a great, simple interface that is so much better than anything in, for example, the ppc world such as PI or Agenda Fusion. I think, however, that the simple philisophy is carried a little bit too far in the new mail page. Any chance of snazzing it up a little? Just a little bit of colour would be good, as well as the possibility to select an email address from within the new email page for the occasions when this is where you first start the email. (ie, new email from within AgendusMail, using the send function from outside)

Hi,

Loaded build 481 on my Kyocera 7135 and this seems to be working much better.

> No fatal exception when receiving or sending a message.
> Not sure if the "Auto Check every xx minutes is working" Should it be in this build?
> Does not download the same messages multiple times from the server.

Question:
> Why does Agendus Mail Version 4 show up as a program in my launcher? Older versions did not.

Thanks,

Mark

As per point 4 regarding layout, Mailwave also uses a similar layout to one of the snapper options, below is a pic of it on Treo 600, please implement a layout similar to this (and snapper) it is soooo much cleaner and more user friendly on low-res smartphones like the treo series.....
