Unlock Codes

My Palm died. Upon reinstallation, I entered the various codes required, and am now getting a message that "Sorry, a problem has ocurred. This license is for a different user." Now what do I do?

Upon reinstallation something on your Palm changed causing the device ID to change, please go to http://my.iambic.com and click on the new device link and enter the device ID now shown on your Palm.

Ok, I tried that. Unfortunately, the device ID has not changed. It is still the same. When I tried this, it told me "You have specified a DeviceID for which an unlock code has already been issued. If you're trying to retrieve your current Unlock Code consider using the UnlockCode Finder."

Now what?

Hello,

the most commong reason for this problem to appear is that your unlock code contains some "I" or "O" which you are entering as "1" or "0"

Please make sure to get the latest version of TimeReporter for Timeslips, where now it's possible to enter either of those characters without receiving errors.

If this is not your case or you continue to get the error message then please send me an email with details on your unlock code and we'll do our best to fix your problem in the briefest possible time.
