Description for Adjustments

I hope someone can help me. I have looked in the book, the help menu on Timeslips, and in the FAQ online and I have not found an answer. We have just upgraded to Timeslips 11 in January. When you create an adjustment and you add a description.....how do you get it to show up on a bill? I have looked everywhere for some option and I have had no luck. In the old Version 8....it had a box you would just check.

Please help!!!!
