Thank you for your interest in Agendus for BlackBerry, currently available in BETA in this forum. The aim of this post is to cover the most commonly asked questions around this latest incarnation of Agendus.

We'll update it over time in order to integrate additional topics as necessary.

Q: Where can I find an overview of the features present in Agendus for BlackBerry? Is there a screenshot collection somewhere already?
A: The feature list is available here. For more information and screenshots visit this thread. The feature list will be kept up to date as new features will be added along the upcoming beta builds.

Q: How can I participate in the public beta?
A: Look in this forum for a sticky thread titled "Agendus for BlackBerry Beta Build XXX" which contains the latest available build. Download it, install it, play with it, and report your findings in this forum.

Q: What phone models does Agendus for BlackBerry run onto?
A: Agendus for BlackBerry requires BlackBerry OS 4.2 or above, i.e. Agendus runs on any recent BlackBerry device, including Pearl, Curve, 8800, and the upcoming Bold.

Q: Is the beta of Agendus for BlackBerry for everyone?
A: Like any other beta software, this beta is for an audience willing to take risks. Despite internally tested, the software might present instabilities, require soft resets, adversely affect data, and introduce other unforeseen side-effects.

Q: Do you have any suggestion or best practice on how to report bugs and feature requests effectively?
A: In general, when reporting bugs, create a separate thread for each bug, title the thread something like "AGBB build xxx - brief description of the bug", and in the body of the thread describe the problem. Make sure to report feature requests in the appropriate forum. Complete beta guidelines are available here.

Q: I'm using the beta and I run into a problem. Where can I report it? Can I submit a ticket to tech support?
A: The right place where to report issues about Agendus for BlackBerry is this forum. Please refrain from submitting support tickets about Agendus for BlackBerry. Report your findings here instead. Having all bug reports in one place helps us out in quickly isolating and addressing them.

Q: Is Agendus for BlackBerry 1.0 going to have all the features present on Palm and Windows Desktop counterparts?
A: We believe version 1.0 has already a good amount of functionality, and brings over the paradigm of usability, simplicity, smoothness and UI pleasantness which characterizes Agendus across all platforms. Moving forward we'll keep migrating functionality as meaningful and enhancing it with novel features as we constantly do with our other Agenduses. During this beta program additional features might roll in as time allows.

Q: I'm really missing this feature, or I'd really like this additional one. Where should I report feature requests.
A: we have a forum for feature requests related to Agendus for BlackBerry. Feel free to visit it now and post your enhancement idea. We read and consider all requests.

Q: What is going to be the price of Agendus for BlackBerry?
A: The price of the application is being defined. We'll update this thread as soon as we have a final number.

Q: I'd really like to purchase Agendus for BlackBerry now. Is it already possible?
